Straight answers to the things contractors actually want to know before they book a call.
Getting Started
We talk about your business — your services, your market, who you're trying to reach, and what's not working right now. Sometimes I'll pull a quick audit on your online presence before we get on the phone so I come in with real observations. There's no pitch, no pressure. If it looks like a good fit, we talk about next steps. If it's not, I'll tell you that too.
Nothing formal. The more you can tell me about your business — who your customers are, what services you run, what areas you cover, and what's frustrated you about marketing in the past — the more useful the conversation will be. But we can figure most of it out together on the call. You don't need a deck or a brief.
Yes. The majority of my clients are in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding Eastern Pennsylvania area, but I work with home service contractors across the region. If you're in a different market and want to talk, I'm open to it — book a call and we'll figure out if it's a good fit.
The Website
Most sites go live within 72 hours of your approval. Once you've signed the agreement, sent me your logo and photos, and reviewed the finished site — we go live. If you want changes, I make them first. The build itself doesn't take long. The only thing that slows it down is waiting for assets or feedback on your end.
The website is built at no upfront cost. The $97/month covers hosting, security, updates, and ongoing support. The site itself is built for speed, mobile-first design, and a clean SEO foundation — with Google Search Console and analytics configured from day one. If you need a change or update down the road, that's covered too. It's not just a bill to keep the lights on.
Tell me what you want and I'll build it. Show me a competitor's site, a design you saw somewhere, a style you like — I can match it. The point is to build you a site that works for your business, not to push you toward a template I like. Revisions are part of the process. We don't go live until you're satisfied with it.
Absolutely. A lot of clients start with just the website and add services later when it makes sense. The $97/month plan is a complete service on its own — you get a professionally built, maintained site with real analytics and search data. SEO and ads are available when you're ready, but there's no pressure to take them from day one.
SEO & Ads
Honest answer: SEO takes time. You'll typically start to see movement in rankings within 3–4 months. Meaningful traffic increases usually show up around the 6–12 month mark, depending on your market and how competitive it is. Anyone promising page-one rankings in 30 days is selling you something. SEO is a long-term play — but it compounds. The rankings you build in month six don't disappear when you stop paying for ads.
SEO builds your organic presence over time — getting your site to rank in Google search results without paying per click. It's slower to ramp up but delivers compounding, long-term results. Ads drive traffic immediately — you pay to appear at the top of search results or in front of a targeted audience on social. The moment you stop paying, the traffic stops. For most contractors, the best setup is running ads to get leads while SEO builds the foundation underneath.
Yes. Each service is a separate payment. If you need to pause ads for the slow season or pull back on SEO for a month, your website stays live as long as you're on the $97/month plan. Nothing is bundled in a way that traps you. Start and stop services based on what your business actually needs.
Working Together
Being one person is the point. You get direct access to the person actually doing the work — not an account manager who relays messages to a team you'll never talk to. When you have a question or something needs to change, you reach out to me directly and I handle it. There's no layer of people between you and the work. One person, full accountability.
Most contractors I talk to have been through this. The typical agency story: you sign a 12-month contract, get handed off to a junior account manager, results are slow or vague, and when you ask questions you get reports full of numbers that don't connect to actual jobs booked. I don't do long-term contracts. I specialize in home service contractors — not dentists, not restaurants, not e-commerce. And you work with me directly, not a rotating cast of people who don't know your business.
Everything is month-to-month. There's a simple service agreement — it outlines what we're doing and what you're paying — but there's no 6-month or 12-month lock-in. If you want to cancel, you cancel. I'd rather keep clients because the work is producing results, not because they're stuck in a contract.
You'll have access to real data from day one — Google Search Console shows you search traffic, keywords, and clicks; analytics shows you where visitors come from and what they do on your site. For SEO clients, I provide monthly reporting on rankings and traffic. For ads clients, you'll see cost per click, leads generated, and where the money is going. I don't hide behind vanity metrics. If something isn't working, I tell you what I'm changing and why.
I don't make guarantees on specific lead numbers or ranking positions — because that depends on your market, your budget, and factors neither of us controls. What I do guarantee is transparency and real work. You'll always know what's happening, what I'm doing, and what the data says. If a strategy isn't producing, I adjust it and tell you exactly why. You're not paying for promises — you're paying for someone who's actually invested in your results.
Pricing
The minimum is $97/month for the website. That's it. No SEO, no ads, just a professionally built and maintained site. If you add SEO, it starts at $200/month. If you add ads and social, it starts at $1,000/month. Each service is scoped to your business and goals — the exact number for SEO and ads comes out of your strategy call.
Because a big upfront build cost is one of the main reasons contractors put off getting a real website. If the barrier to entry is low, more businesses can get online properly. The $97/month covers hosting, maintenance, and ongoing support — and it creates a relationship where I'm invested in your site actually working, not just collecting a one-time payment and moving on.
No. The pricing you see on this page is the pricing. If something were to change or there's a one-off cost for a specific project, I'd tell you before it happens. There are no surprise charges, no overage fees, no "premium support" tiers. What you agree to is what you pay.
